Social Thinking Publishing Guarantee
If you have problems with defects related to materials and/or production of a product published by and purchased through Social Thinking at any time we will replace it for free. (Normal "wear and tear" that results from use, breaking the spine, etc. is excluded.) Tell us about the problem, attach a digital picture of the product that illustrates the problem, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot replace Social Thinking products purchased through other vendors or products that are out of production. Some additional restrictions can apply.
You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Social Thinking for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are still in the exact same condition you received them. Any discounts received in purchasing the item(s) will be reflected in the return amount. DVDs can only be replaced by the same product.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our offices. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account page and accessing the relevant order summary.
