Each of the 10 lessons has a short teaching PowerPoint found below to make your lessons come alive with visuals from the storybook. Each PPT starts with a copyright slide and terms of use slide, but then moves into images and text from the storybook and curriculum. Please note, this is only a sampling of images and lessons. There are additional extension lessons, discussion points, and activities found in the actual curriculum, including writing prompts and lesson goals. This curriculum has been piloted in large school districts, primarily Tier 1 (general education) classrooms, small groups in clinics, and individual teaching sessions online or at home and school. It is appropriate for use in any of these settings. We hope you have fun teaching your students, clients, and kids how to be a Social Detective!
