Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)


Location: San Jose, CA 

Social Thinking - Stevens Creek Center (ST-SC) is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Speech-Language Pathologist with extensive experience applying Social Thinking concepts and related strategies with with individuals with social learning challenges (ASD, ADHD, NVLD, etc.). We are not accepting CFYs at this time.

We create unique treatment frameworks and strategies to help individuals as young as four and across the lifespan develop their social thinking and social skills to meet their personal social goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide small group and individualized instruction
  • Create treatment plans for the specific needs of each client
  • Successfully communicate and collaborate with students, parents, school teams, and other professionals
  • Develop instructional goals and objectives
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Maintain accurate records including daily notes and progress reports
  • Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years experience using Social Thinking concepts in a school or clinical environment
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • California License in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with adults
  • Experience working with Early Learners (4-7 years)

Digital Marketing Manager


Location: Santa Clara, CA

Your role as our Digital Marketing Manager is critical to ensure our marketing goals are turned into a digital reality – allowing us to help even more people around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Align technology solutions to optimize digital marketing goals & campaigns
  • Configure and support our core systems for all digital marketing campaigns: Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Kiss Metrics
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities for organic and paid SEO success
  • Perform in-depth reporting analysis for all our digital marketing campaigns and communicate actionable recommendations to the management team that are in line with our digital marketing goals and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain a digital dashboard for all reporting metrics across department: marketing, executives, operations.
  • Develop best-in-class digital channel attribution, data insights and reporting to provide marketing and customer insights
  • Keep current with the latest marketing trends, specifically as it relates to the education industry
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing: Search, A/B testing, Analytics, and a relentless focus on customer behavior/needs to help develop high performance digital marketing campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with content marketing and operation departments to maximize efficiencies and support desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Excellent technical skills in HTML, SEO best practices and SQL
  • Experience with Sitecore, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Kiss Metrics is a definite plus
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic and tactical expertise in planning and optimizing SEO and local SEO
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Kiss Metrics)
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, metrics and financials, making data-driven analytical recommendations for optimization
  • Strong Excel skills a plus; VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index Matching

Marketing Program Manager


Location: Santa Clara, CA

We are looking for a multi-talented, high-caliber professional with experience in marketing, project management, and aspirations for making a positive impact through her/his career. The Marketing Program Manager will take high-level direction from the Director of Marketing and work with a multidisciplinary team to collectively lead global and regional marketing and communication campaigns. She/he will be responsible for creating messaging and overseeing a team to develop content and imagery across multiple channels. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, organized individual who is an exceptional problem solver, project manager, communicator, content writer, and leader. Position Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Develop the project plans for marketing and communications campaigns. Create and oversee the project schedule and goals of a multidisciplinary team and ensure campaigns are on track. Communicate progress and adjust for road blocks.
  • Campaign Oversight: Problem solve to determine the reach of each campaign based on analytics and a range of variables. Review team’s deliverables (emails, brochures, etc.) to ensure the creative and copy meet the goals of the campaign.
  • Messaging & Content Creation: Continually study our unique teaching methodology so that you can create messaging and write copy around it (there is a lot to learn!) Create a hierarchy of messaging that makes sense for each deliverable based on the strategy given from the Director of Marketing, where applicable. Write marketing copy that follows this messaging and review and edit the copy of other team members. Work with the team to implement messaging through multiple marketing channels (website, emails, brochures, etc.).
  • Analytics Review & Implementation: Review campaign analytics and work collaboratively with the Marketing Technologist to determine how to optimize future campaigns. Work with the team to ensure improvements are implemented.
  • Website Oversight: Manage the quality and accuracy of the content and imagery on the website. Work with the team to update and create new imagery and content for the site as-needed. Replace copy that is no longer accurate or up to date, no longer reflects the current messaging, or could generally be improved. Share ideas with the team for ways to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Marketing Trends: Keep current with the latest marketing trends, specifically within the education and special needs fields.
  • Infrequent Travel: Occasional opportunities to travel to Social Thinking conferences around the country.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, digital communications, professional writing, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management and marketing.
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop effective marketing messaging.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, marketing copy based on the established messaging and edit the copy of coworkers.
  • Ability to identify what imagery “works” (and doesn’t work) with particular messaging.
  • Strong eye for design, background in art or design is a plus.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of math and quantitative analyses.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team, inspire quality work, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Ability to maintain a swift, steady work pace without sacrificing quality‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬.
  • A creative thinker, who enjoys finding new ways to promote our offerings and communicate/interact with our customers.
  • Experience using the following programs is a definite plus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Monday, Sitecore, Wrike.
  • Background or familiarity in any of the following fields is a plus: education, special education, speech-language pathology, social cognitive therapy, social learning challenges.
