You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Think Social Publishing, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any discounts received in purchasing the item(s) will be reflected in the return amount. Opened DVDs and Videos may only be exchanged for the same title. All other products must be in new condition. Please note that it takes us up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
