Your organization will be notified within four weeks of submitting the form.

Please Note
The workshop date(s) should be at least 3 months from the date of your request. However, we may be able to accommodate your request on short notice if a member of the STTSC is available.
Please refer to our website’s All Events schedule to make sure one of our presenters is not already giving a workshop in your general geographical region within 6 months (before or after) of your requested workshop date(s). We try to maximize attendance for those who have sponsored our workshops.
If there is a local workshop in the area, we encourage teams to attend those presentations when possible.
If the requesting organization would like to host a workshop with a closed audience (not open to the public), it is likely an exception can be made. Please indicate this in the “Additional Comments” section on the request form.
